Give your guests a true Montana experience before your special day at Brumar Estates or Swan River Inn with a rehearsal dinner or groom’s dinner at the Horse. Laughing Horse Lodge offers a beautiful garden perfect for a Cowboy Barbecue or sit-down dinner for groups up to 50. We would love to be your host for a Montana wedding reception or groom’s dinner. More guests? The Swan Lake Community Hall (available for $250) can host up to 150 with ADA bathrooms, catering kitchen, stage, dance floor, and chairs and tables. And don’t forget the Horse, or our sister property Candlewycke Inn, for your additional wedding guest lodging – we’re only minutes to Brumar and Swan River Inn. To tour the Horse or the Swan Lake Community Hall, please call us at 406-886-2080 or e: email@example.com. The Horse will gladly cater your event at the Hall, at your private home or ours.
If you’re traveling between Yellowstone and Glacier National Park, consider taking the ‘road less traveled’ – Highway 83 from Clearwater Junction through Swan Lake and on to Bigfork. Tucked between the Swan Range and Mission Mountain Wilderness, Hwy 83 offers more spectacular, unspoiled nature than anywhere else in the lower 48, plus access to many easy trails allowing you the opportunity to stretch your legs and breathe in some clean Montana air. Stop by the Horse for trail information and a piece of freshly baked Huckleberry Peach Pie.
The Bigfork Summer Playhouse is celebrating its 50th year with a great lineup of classic Broadway musicals and a brand new, expanded lobby. Planning on dining in Bigfork before the play? Join us in Swan Lake (we’re only a 20 minute scenic ride from Bigfork) for an early pre-theater dinner at the Horse (we open at 5pm Wednesday – Sunday) and enjoy a complimentary glass of wine or draft microbeer – just show us your evening’s tickets to the theater. You’ll dine in leisure and be back in plenty of time for the opening curtain. Reservations required. 886-2080
