Kathleen: My husband Stuart and I spent the night at your wonderful lodge during the month of September and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had dinner at the lodge and we both remember with pleasure the appetizers of mushrooms with (I believe) gorgonzola. It was simply divine.

I have tried to duplicate it and cannot get it right. Please share your recipe! Thank you.
