Join Chef Kate and crew every second and fourth Tuesday of the month as we explore various culinary regions of the world. You’ll enjoy a tempting six course tasting menu complete with unique beer or wine pairings in the intimate and fun atmosphere of the Horse’s dining room or garden. We begin June 22 with ‘Down Island’ Cuisine followed by explorations of India, Singapore, Argentina, South Africa, Turkey and Morocco. your traveling menu idea sounds scrumptuous! My daughter, (she is going to be studying culinary arts) and I are so looking forward to attending your evenings. We just returned from living in Puerto Rico, and so can’t wait for your taste of the carribean. We came back to the Flathead a few days after the Haiti quake. We just missed flying through the DR. We were both really touched by your post, “Recipe of the day, Haitian canned milk w/cornmeal”. People here have no idea what struggling to survive really means. Hope doesn’t fill an empty belly, but it does give the heart something to tell the mind, and an empty mind is a frightening thing.
