your traveling menu idea sounds scrumptuous! My daughter, (she is going to be studying culinary arts) and I are so looking forward to attending your evenings. We just returned from living in Puerto Rico, and so can’t wait for your taste of the carribean. We came back to the Flathead a few days after the Haiti quake. We just missed flying through the DR. We were both really touched by your post, “Recipe of the day, Haitian canned milk w/cornmeal”. People here have no idea what struggling to survive really means. Hope doesn’t fill an empty belly, but it does give the heart something to tell the mind, and an empty mind is a frightening thing.

Anyway, kudos to you. We’ll see you all soon.
